Subscription Boxes

By default we use Sendle to deliver your EcoLife Box subscription, unless Sendle is unable to delivery to a particular location. In this even we use Australia Post.

Sendle is Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral delivery service and certified B Corporation. You can check out more information on Sendle’s carbon neutral delivery and projects they support here.

On your Cart page, you will be asked to choose between Sendle, AusPost regular and AusPost express. On the Checkout page you will be asked to select whether you would like a Signature on Delivery, or if you give Authority to Leave.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

Do you deliver to Post Offices or PO Boxes?

If you would like your delivery sent to a PO Box then you will be given the Australia Post delivery options.

A physical street address is required for all Sendle deliveries.

Sendle cannot deliver to Australia Post owned properties, this includes post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations. This is because Australia Post restricts delivery to these locations.

What happens if I'm not home to receive my delivery?

When you enter your shipping information, you will need to select either ‘Signature on Delivery’ or ‘Authority to Leave’.

If you selected Australia Post for shipping and asked for Signature on Delivery, then you should receive a card to organise collection of your package from your nearest post office if you are not home to receive it.

If you selected Sendle and are not home to sign for your box, Sendle will attempt to redeliver the item for free. If the parcel cannot be delivered again, it may be left at a local collection point. Collection points may include newsagents or service stations.

In the event that your location does not have a nearby collection point to ensure safe and sound delivery of your box, Sendle may opt to have your parcel returned to us and we will organise an alternative method of delivery.

When will my subscription box be shipped?

EcoLife Box Subscriptions are dispatched around the 15th of each month.

How long will it take for my subscription box to arrive?

Once your order has been shipped, Sendle gives the following delivery windows –

Brisbane, Gold Coast & Toowoomba – Same or next business day

QLD, NSW, ACT & SA – 1 to 3 business days

VIC – 2 to 3 business days

NT – 3 to 5 business days

TAS – 3 to 7 business days

WA – 7 to 10 business days

These time frames may vary occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances.

How do I track my delivery?

You will receive tracking information via email from Sendle or AusPost. If for some reason you do not receive these emails, you can contact us and we will send you a tracking code.

Do you ship overseas?

For any international orders, please contact us first at as there will be an additional shipping charges.

    The durability seems great, beautiful design as pictured. BUT, if you want to slide your phone in one of the pockets, you'll only be able to if your phone has no case. I have a Google Pixel 3- not a large phone- and it will not fit in either of the pockets with a slim phone case.
