How does the EcoLife Box subscription work?

When you subscribe to the EcoLife Box monthly subscription, you will receive a new box every month with a range of environmentally friendly, ethically made products for your home and lifestyle.

You can choose from 3 subscription levels based on your needs and budget.

Do I need to fill in my Customer Profile on the Profile Fields tab?

You don’t have to add in these details if you’d prefer not to, however we recommend you do and let us know what you do and don’t like so that we can customize your box especially for you when we can.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express via Stripe, as well as payments via PayPal.

How do I change my credit card details for my recurring payment?

Head to the Subscriptions tab on your account and click the View Subscription button. There you can click the Change Payment button to change your payment details.

When will I be billed?

The billing date for subscription boxes is the 10th of each month. So if you sign up for your subscription prior to this day, you will not be charged anything until the 10th, and then recurring billing will continue on the 10th of each month.

Can I change my subscription? (Upgrade or downgrade)

Absolutely! All you need to do is log into your account, select the Subscriptions tab and make the required changes.

What if I already have something similar to an item I receive in a box? Or there's something I don't think I'll use?

We have a ‘spread the eco love and pay it forward’ policy! This means, we encourage you to give that item to someone, like a friend or family member, to get them started on their own eco journey, and we will reward you for the gesture. You will find a card in every box for you to give along with the item so your friend knows how to start their own subscription, and you will get a special thank you for the referral.

Can I buy a subscription as a gift?

Absolutely! All you need to do is select ‘This is a gift’ when selecting the ‘Subscribe Now’ button to add it to your cart, then you’ll just need to provide the recipient’s email address.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We’ll be very sad to see you go, but you can cancel at any time by logging into your account, selecting the Subscriptions tab and then selecting cancel from the available actions. Alternatively, you can send us an email at orders@ecolifebox.com.au.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, no further payments will be withdrawn.

If you have had an order go through before cancellation, your order will still be shipped.

When will my subscription end?

Your subscription will be ongoing until cancelled by you. If you wish to cancel, please refer to the above.

Your Account

How do I update my details in My Account? (contact info, delivery address, payments, etc)

When you log into Your Account, you will be able to change or update all of your info – this includes your account details, password, addresses, payment methods and your customer profile via the Profile Fields tab.

Just log in and you’ll see all the tabs you can select and make changes where you need to. You can also view your order history, view and make changes to your subscriptions and access your downloads.
